250gm Butter |
200gm Brown Sugar |
200gm White Sugar |
100gm Egg Station Pasteurized Whole Egg |
5gm Baking Powder |
5gm Baking Soda |
250gm Oats |
250gm T45 Flour |
Method:
1.Mix the butter and sugar until creamy in texture.
2. Add the egg and then the flour, baking soda, baking powder and oats into this mixture.
3. Mix with the paddle until you have a smooth dough.
4. Shape the dough into rolls of 3cm diameter.
5. Keep in the chiller to rest for a couple of hours or overnight.
6. Cut the dough into 5mm thick slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until gold brown. Cool the cookies down and pack.
