Sugar, wheat flour, starch (corn), cocoa powder, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polysorbate 80, sodium acid phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, salt, Vanillin.
1000gr Cake mix,
600gr. Eggs
200gr. Water
Mix all the ingredients on low speed for 1min. and then
on high speed for 6-8min.
Bake at 175ºC -180ºC for 35-45min.
